I identified that traditional study methods often follow a one-size-fits-all approach, leaving many students struggling with generic learning materials that don't match their pace or learning preferences. The lack of personalized, intelligent tutoring accessible to all students regardless of their economic background was a significant gap I wanted to address.

I developed an AI-driven platform that analyzes individual learning patterns and creates customized study plans, practice questions, and explanations tailored to each user's comprehension level. I made the strategic decision to focus on adaptive learning algorithms that could identify knowledge gaps and adjust content difficulty in real-time, ensuring optimal learning progression for each student.

I began with extensive market research and user interviews to understand student pain points, then created wireframes and user journey maps to design an intuitive interface. I assembled a technical team to develop the AI algorithms while I focused on product strategy, user experience design, and establishing partnerships with educational content providers to ensure comprehensive subject coverage.
